It also works seamlessly on mobile. The Chrome extension remains ideal for quick workflows on LinkedIn and websites, but now you can access the same power natively.

How it works

  1. Open the SalesPort platform

  2. Make sure your product is set up first.

  3. lick on AI Researcher in the left navigation

  4. Then click on AI Chat

  5. Enter the domain of the company you want to research

You now have full access to your AI Researcher chat history on SalesPort.

Every conversation is saved, organized by product and ready to revisit anytime. You can scroll back through previous research, follow up on past leads or continue where you left off without starting from scratch.

Here’s how it works

  1. Log in to SalesPort and check the bottom of the navigation bar. You’ll see a new section called “Chats”

  2. Select the product you researched with and your full history will appear

  3. You can delete old chats or pick up the conversation by asking follow-up questions right inside the chat box

It’s a completely new way to manage your research across all your workflows.

We’ve just changed SalesPort forever. The AI Researcher is here - now live in beta for all users!

This isn’t just another ChatGPT wrapper. The AI Researcher knows your product, your sales strategy, and your ideal customer profile - and uses that context to deliver hyper-relevant insights for every lead. All just one click away inside the SalesPort Extension. 

This update transforms SalesPort from your go-to data tool into your daily sales sidekick - handling the research legwork so you can focus on what really matters: selling. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • Set up your product and sales approach: Open the SalesPort Extension, click on “AI Researcher”, click on “Add product”. On the product setup page input all the necessary information and then click “Save product”. 

  • Launch a research: Once the setup is complete, visit a prospect’s website and click on “Research company”. The AI Researcher scans the web and our databases to uncover insights about your lead. 

  • Get all the answers you need: From pain points to sales angles - just one click away. Use the chat feature if you have any individual questions. 

  • Use the insights to book meetings: Tailor your message, get the right contact, and close more deals.

Out with the old, in with the new. We’ve upgraded the SalesPort Extension with a brand-new UX: introducing the Chrome Side Panel! With the new side panel, you can prospect without interruptions and navigate websites seamlessly while keeping the SalesPort Extension open. 

Here’s what you need to know: 

  • The user flow remains roughly the same: Go to any website, open the extension by clicking on the SalesPort icon, start search, and reveal your desired contacts. 

  • Side panels are resizable. Drag the left edge to make it wider or narrower. Make sure the panel is at least 520px wide when using SalesPort - don’t worry, we’ll guide you.

  • To close the side panel, click the little “x” on the top right of the extension.
